He went ice fishing over the weekend with friends and wound up getting very sunburned. I don't like cold so could never live in snow but it's nice to visit. :) I also don't like extreme heat but we get to 120 and above for a good portion of the year. Not good for walking, that's for sure. I serious...You had me at temperatures from hell!!! I seriously don't know how you do it either....I melt in hot weather and though the hubs could pick up and leave I would miss the seasons too. Just looking at those beautiful shots you captured in Colorado say it all! The trees look like a fairytale shimmering like that! And yes....I do feel bad for the east coast this year...they have been nailed with the snow for sure! You take care buddy...any chance you could ever end up back in Colorado??? Happy Heart day to you....we use your heart cookie cutters that you sent me a couple of years ago ALL THE TIME!!! We are using them for pancakes in the morning!! Take care you! I am learning to adjust and finding it not too bad. Moderation in all things for me. Thanks so much for sharing all these wonderful images of a place I love/d.
I know what you mean about missing the climate you don't have, but the entire time I lived in CO - more than 7 years - I never once missed the kind of snow I grew up with in MA. The CO climate was pretty appealing...snow that came, then WENT. Blue skies and sunshine so that you could be out in just a t-shirt when there was snow on the ground! I know I could never tolerate the kind of heat you enjoy (mostly), or the humidity of lots of places even more humid than New England. But I often imagine where I might relocate if money was no object and I could find just the right spot. New England ain't for sissies, and at this point in my life I think I may be becoming one!Quinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17292701509476856967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2146190618841810120.post-84426153085718203102015-02-09T12:27:50.320-08:002015-02-09T12:27:50.320-08:00Wonderful pictures, Thank you for posting them

One difference is there are no cactus to bump into in the woods. :) As for heat versus snow shoveling...Show me the Shovel!Salty Pumpkin Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10116105220109225010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2146190618841810120.post-21104513061996026772015-02-09T12:12:22.681-08:002015-02-09T12:12:22.681-08:00I enjoyed these photos! Our son was just a few weeks old, so that limited our sight-seeing a bit.

Mary Ann Potterhttp://www.fromthestarcatcher.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
