If there's one constant in my life, it's the music...and incredible music it was, last evening. Peter Frampton on tour for the 35th (35th!) anniversary of the Frampton Comes Alive album. A little less hair makes for no less of a "Guitar God", by any means! He's pretty much "aged to perfection".
Under the stars, on the sandy beach of the pool at Mandalay Bay - two (count em, TWO) solid hours of incredible guitar riffs...and the light drizzle of rain held off until the encore. For those that I called during the concert, it was SO much better in person -wished you were there!
I can't believe that it has been 35 years! One of my all time favorites! My sister and I were on the front row, right in front of him 35 years ago. A concert that I will never forget! He was incredible AND still is!! Congrats on getting to see him in concert!
Sounds like FUN sista... wish I was there too. Thanks for the phone call!!! I'm sure it was so much better in person!!! He still can rock the house for sure!! Love ya loads!!
I think he looks better hairless. I must be old!! So happy you had fun. I remember attending numerous rock concerts in Philly in the 1970's... So glad you can do that all over again!
Remember him from my younger days....love his music and hope I get a chance to see him live in concert someday soon. Can't believe it has been 35 years! Sounds like you had a blast.
